- I am a graduate of the Hendricks Institute 2 year Apprentice program and a Certified Hakomi Practitioner (2008). I am also a Certified Conscious Relationship and Body-Mind Vibrance Coach (Hendricks Institute). My passion is to assist ready & willing women with the realization of their most ALIVE selves!! I love when I see people become self-full---willing to give themselves the love,care, and nurturance they so often easefully give to others. My intent is to facilitate and co-create DEEP ALIVENESS! I facilitate small discovery groups as well as individuals. I have extensive experience with women experiencing depression and/or anxiety. I look forward to exploring and learning with YOU!
